Friday night training

Training will be held on Friday 2nd November at Sherborne RFC - DT9 5NS. Please be there at 6.45 to start training at 7pm. We will finish at 9pm.

Remember to wrap up warm and to register with Ginny before you train.

Some people couldn't find the club last time as the postcode isn't that accurate. As you drive out of Sherborne on the A352 to Dorchester look for the floodlights on your left. It is called the Terraces Playing Fields and we will be on the pitch to the right of the car park. The bar will be closed but we hope to be able to offer refreshments at the shed on pitchside.

Women's County Development Training

The new women's CB programme gets underway this year with two evening development training sessions led by Head coach, Brett Bader, and assistant coaches, Richard Parry and Gordon Horsley.  These sessions are open to anyone who wants to come whether it's with the intention of playing CB rugby this year or for players who just want to develop their rugby skills.  The times and venues are shown below and all you need to do is come along with your regular training gear.  We've deliberately put one in Dorset and one in Wilts but you are quite welcome to come to both if you want to!

Wednesday 30th November. Swanage and Wareham RFC. 6.00-9.00 pm
Wednesday 7th December. Devizes RFC 6.30-9.00 pm

Please note that the U18s and U15s changing rooms are at different venues, connected by foot but not by car. There is plenty of parking around the sports hub. You are advised not to leave valuables in the changing rooms.

Girls are to wear appropriate clothing in which to warm up. Playing shirts are provided. County shorts and socks should be worn for the match and please remember gum shields and boots!

After match dress code is dark coloured skirt/trousers and a white blouse together with smart shoes.
